- EXHAUST FANS -

During the most recent inspections, it was noted that some units continue to show a problem with mold/mildew build up. During the recent renovations, the Cooperative had exhaust fans installed in bathrooms as it was felt that this would help eliminate mold/mildew problems in combination with good cleaning habits on the part of our members. However, if members do not use them, they have no benefit. Members are strongly encouraged to take advantage of this improvement as it will help reduce moisture in the bathroom areas. Be reminded that if during future inspections or routine work orders it is found that there is caulk or other items needing to be replaced/repaired due to mold/mildew problems, charges may be incurred by the member for that repair. We want every member to enjoy a safe, clean environment here at Branford.

Members that may be experiencing problems with their exhaust fans such as a loud motor when in use or any other problems please call the office and let us know.

- WINTER WEATHER DRIVING CONDITIONS -

Please be sure to drive very carefully during these cold winter months. The maintenance crew will be on top of snow plowing, but there may be areas of ice that form, so please be careful when driving through the cooperative. Please obey all speed limits and be wary of children at play in the snow.
