- WINTER SEASON-

Please be sure to be very careful during these icy winter months. Please obey speed limits and drive carefully throughout the cooperative. Also, shoveling of your pathway to your door and your porch is your responsibility, please do your part to keep the cooperative safe. The maintenance crew will be prompt on snow plows, and ask that you help in moving cars, etc. when called upon.
