APPLICATION/OCCUPANCY AGREEMENT FORM


Income qualifications are determined by how many people will be living in the unit. The Income for one bedroom needs to be at least $18,540.00, two bedroom at least $18,900.00, and three bedroom at least $19,872.00.

The monthly carrying charges are determined by the income. We would include the income of everyone that is 18 years or older that is living in the unit.

The Coop is made up of people that are co-owners of the development. To do this, you must purchase the membership and equity from the last member, which occupied the unit of your choice.

At the time a unit is available, the new member will need the first months carrying charges and the membership and equity in a certified check or money order.

The waiting list varies and changes day to day, depending on the number of vacant units, and the number of approved applications. Accurate information regarding the waiting list and particular unit availability can only be provided to you by the resale director. Inquiries made of other staff members regarding unit availability will be referred to the resale director for response.

The rules and regulations concerning pets are ONLY 1 CAT & NO DOGS ALLOWED.  There are no exceptions to this rule. 

In order to determine your qualifications to become a member of the Cooperative, the Cooperative will conduct and investigation of your background. This investigation includes your financial condition and will be conducted by the firm of Credit Reports Plus and a personal investigation of your background, which will be conducted by the firm of Resolute Services, Inc. This investigation includes a criminal history check and an inspection of your current home. The cost of this application process is $25.00 and is non-refundable. Also note that each January a current city license is required.

The information that is obtained during these investigations will be kept strictly confidential to insure your privacy.
